Zahid is an experienced franchise consultant, entrepreneur and an established franchisor in his own right. He has successfully created and managed several businesses in various industries over the years including Insurance & Finance, Claims Management, Food, Entertainment and Real Estate, to mention a few.
He achieved his PhD in Business Management at Richmond University over 20 years ago and has since painted success in the challenging world of Franchising. Zahid has a wealth of experience in guiding businesses in their ambitions to expand through franchising nationally and internationally. Highly skilled in B2B sales, marketing, and franchise recruitment, as well as having an eye to details in providing franchising and financial solutions to business and corporate clients.
Additionally, he has also successfully developed his own brand ‘Fitnatix’ in Health and Fitness related Industry and is in the process of launching this by offering franchises throughout UK and some carefully selected countries in the very near future. Back in the late 90’s, he single handedly recruited 47 franchisees for a Mortgage consultancy in less then 6 months which shows his commitment and determination to achieve and exceed set targets.
He has a passion for helping business owners and entrepreneurs develop and expand their enterprises through franchising. He is financially and commercially an astute businessman with expertise in providing profitable solutions to SME’s. Furthermore, Zahid is a highly proactive, creative and visionary individual, who has an innovative approach in assisting businesses to achieve their expansion plans and required targets through franchising.

Waqar is an experienced Business Development professional with 25 plus years’ experience in trade, investment and administrative operations, holds staunch ability to develop profitable relationship with stakeholders, implement strategic goals, possesses relevant skills to push organization to top tier of its industry.
Waqar is known for his capabilities of building relationship and maintaining in Pakistan with key businesses, trade bodies, regional business chambers, major stakeholders. Having good knowledge about business dynamics in the country across multi sectors and especially considered as an expert about the local knowledge of Punjab.
Some of the most prestigious achievements by Waqar are launching UK Educational Institutes like LSBF, CIMA, Study Group, BPP University, ABE, etc. He has done business research work for numerous UK companies for establishing their presence in Pakistan and made several Business Development visits to UK for attracting UK Investment in Pakistan.
Waqar has worked with the British High Commission for about 20 years. This job includes running independently Trade Office to promote UK businesses in the region covering all major sectors in the country like Education, Healthcare, Agriculture, Infrastructure, Food & Drink, Environment, Energy, etc. He has played a pivotal role to keep the UK flag up in the region and successfully promoted UK Plc.

Muhammad is highly credible, dynamic, energetic and client focused Programme Manager with 15 years’ information technology experience specialising in delivering IT solutions in the world of franchising for business and corporate clients. Muhammad has a proven ability to build trusted relationships, lead multi-national global teams and deliver large complex new business solutions ranging from web development to mobile app development. He has strong track record in developing and implementing successful projects for hundreds of businesses.

Shumaila is a very successful, experienced and professional marketer. She has an extensive knowledge and experience in Franchise industry and possesses hands-on understanding of franchising strategy, development & operations. Equipped with linguistic proficiency in Italian, English, Arabic and Urdu, She has always played an instrumental role significant in Franchise recruitment, implementation, and operating various franchising models. In addition to her experience as a franchise marketer, she has a track record of developing and supporting franchise businesses, both as a professional individual and as a team member. Shumaila is committed to sharing her knowledge to add-value in all aspects of franchising, and extends an ongoing support to new and existing Franchisors.
